Line eyes with mac sketch eyeshadow skin#
I the used Mac Twig lipstick to finish off…. Anyone with black skin always has doubts when choosing a more striking shade, but you can use any color, maintaining the right proportions, I always avoid the very clear ones, because they scream. I used Stone to outline and Whirl to partially fill. Next I used Mac Lip Pencils in Stone and Whirl. Maybelline Super Stay 24 Hour Waterproof Powder, which I’m not a fan of to be honest! Mac Soft and Gentle Mineralize Finish Powder to highlight I then contoured, highlighted and powdered using I usually extend the concealer out onto my cheekbones ready for highlighting…. Using Rimmels wake me up concealer o concealed under my eyes to cover and dark circles that I have using their lightest shade. I finished off my eye look using Maybe Maybellines Lash Sensational Masacara. I then took Eyeko Fat Liquid Eyeliner in black and lined my eyes. Next I took Mac Eyeshadow in Sketch and used this in the crease of my eyelids and to line my bottom lashes. On its own this colour can make you look like you have a black eye but fear not it all comes together in the end…. Im not fond of red lipsticks at all so I opted for a berry pink shade to add a touch of flirtiness to the look, using Revlons Super. This time Im going for a neutral brown eyes look with a bright lip colour. Next I used Mac Eyeshadow in Quarry and put this all ovelids lids. On my eyes I used Laura Mercier brow gel to fill in my brows using an angled eyeshadow brush. I feel this gives me enough coverage while getting all the benefits a BB Cream has to offer. I very rarely use foundation, instead I use Etudes House Precious Mineral BB Cream in Perfect Fit. I absolutely love love love this product as I’m always getting redness around my nose and this really does help to cover it. To prepare my face I used 3 skincare products all from Etude House.ġ) Moistfull Collagen Emulsion – this acts like a moisturiser.Ģ) Moistfull Super Collagen Ampoule Essence-I feel this really helps to eliminate lines and creasing.ģ) Precious MineralAny Cushion in Magic Mint-This is a green lotion that helps to reduce redness and also acts as a primer.
While I was getting ready I took some pics of my makeup and hair and thought some of you may like the look which is perfect for this time of year (light makeup but heavy enough eyes to make an impact). We went to a really nice bar in near where I live called Academy which had a great atmosphere and a really nice mixed crowd. Last night I had a really nice night out with my new neighbours. I have been a little bit MIA this week as I have been super busy (haven’t we all) but to end the week I thought I would try something different.
